About Devanshu Tak

Devanshu Tak is a CG Generalist, Technical Director, and Creative Technologist based in India, working between Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi. With expertise spanning advertising, film VFX, real-time experiences, and game development, he works across the full 3D pipeline — from look development, lighting, and compositing to pipeline automation, tool development, and interactive visualization.

His skill set includes modelling, texturing, rigging, animation, compositing, scripting, photogrammetry, and gaussian splatting. He works with Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Unreal Engine, Unity, DaVinci Resolve, Embergen, Liquigen, Touch Designer, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Marvelous Designer, DAZ 3D, Nomad Sculpt, Affinity, and Python.

He has contributed to projects for brands including Google, Netflix, Samsung, PlayStation, KFC, Fanta, Suzuki, Amazon, Supercell, and Krafton — across commercial VFX, motion graphics, product visualization, architectural visualization, mobile gaming, and immersive experiences in VR, AR, and XR.

Devanshu is also the founder and leader of 3D Artists India (3dartists.in), a community of over 500 CG artists from across India that he has been running since 2020. He is available for remote collaboration with studios and agencies worldwide, including the USA, Europe, UK, and Japan.
