Stylized & non-photoreal 3D
Getting 3D to look like something it isn't: hand-drawn, painted, illustrated, graphic, cel-shaded. Signature territory for me, and where a lot of the work lands when a project wants to stand out from photoreal CG.

Within all of this, I'm strongest at procedural systems and parametric tooling, lookdev and lighting, compositing, and stylised rendering. But I take on broader generalist work happily: modelling, animation, rigging, asset prep, design, web build. I'm also open to conversations about projects that don't fit a neat label.

Brief & scope
You send the brief and references. I come back with scope, approach, timeline, and a quote. Happy to iterate on any of that before we lock it in.

Agreement & start
A simple written agreement before work begins, with an advance to kick off. The split is usually around half up front, balance at milestones or delivery. I'm open to structuring it around the project's shape.

Reviews along the way
WIP reviews at checkpoints that make sense for the work: early concepts, key stages, final pass. You see progress and can steer.

Delivery & handoff
Final files in the formats we've agreed on. Source files and documentation where the project needs them. Happy to walk your team through the setup. Small revisions after delivery are usually fine; larger changes we'll scope together.

A written agreement and an advance to start. I usually pass on spec work, unpaid pitches, and equity-only deals. The rest is a conversation.

Best fit: studios, brands, and teams with defined goals and realistic scope. People who value craft, clear communication, and collaboration. Repeat collaborators always welcome.

Less of a fit: very tight timelines paired with budgets that don't match the scope, or briefs that are still finding their shape. If you're not sure where your project lands, send a note anyway. I'm happy to talk it through, and if I'm not the right person I'll point you toward someone who is.
